Was there on the 17th for multiple reasons . I was told I was all set and to see Nancy to pay . She said see you in the fall . Well I got home to discover that the inspection sticker was not done. Called and they told me to come back . Went back to a miscommunication. They thought I meant the sticker for next oil change and I said no the inspection sticker. Waited while someone went into check why it wasn’t put on and then he came back to tell me the reason was because the machine was down . It would have been nice to be told that before I left the first time. Not sure who should have relayed this to me but it should have been. I would not have had to drive back the second time for nothing . I was told to come back on Monday at 2:00 and I was out of the there in 45 minutes which was better than expected. Hopefully going forward if something is not completed during the appointment it gets relayed to the customer. I would have preferred to know the first time and then reschedule the inspection sticker appointment.
